Clocking in at 68 pages on my Kindle App, Gentleman of Her Dreams is really too short for me to take the time to review on my site but I'll write something brief here. I'm usually not big on novellas, and I didn't realize that is what this was when I downloaded it. There are never enough pages to tell a decent story in a novella, in my opinion. Turano manages to skirt her way around this a bit by implying a childhood friendship between Charlotte and Henry, so it's not too much of a stretch for them to wind up together in such a short span of time. Okay, technicalities laid to rest, I actually thought this was a fun little read. I laughed out loud at a few parts -- Charlotte is QUITE a character. This book gave me a taste of Turano's writing style, and I think I will put the first full-length book in the series, Change of Fortune on my to-read list.
